Ed Husic, Australia’s Industry and Science Minister, condemned Labour’s inner culture after his proposal to allow a debate on recognising Gaza was rejected.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said described his remark at a meeting as incompetent.
Husic responded by saying he was unfazed by criticism, declaring reporters: "put me in a cold chamber, I don't give a sh*t."
The dispute followed previous efforts to push the party to declare events in Gaza as genocide.
Leaked files and internal files were later filed that revealed deep divisions within Labour’s ranks over policy and direction.
