Grifols has halted its plasma collection operations in the country. Grifols is subject to scrutiny for compliance issues, which has resulted in the suspension. All donation activity in Canada are now suspended. In a separate development, Grifols has entered into a decade-long clean energy contract with the energy company in Spain. This agreement will provide over half Grifols' electricity needs in the country from clean energy providers. The contract is for a period of ten years, beginning on the agreed date.
