London police located a tiny marmoset inside a laundry bag on a bus last week. Staff spotted the vulnerable animal on July 18. The animal was frightened and had no food while trembling. It endured the difficult ordeal. Animal advocates labeled it an unlawful abandonment case. Meanwhile, researchers found a rare monkey species in Congo’s Lomami National Park. The discovery occurred during a routine survey in the Congo Basin.
